Ladya Holy was born in Pilsen, Czech Republic. When he was a young boy his family moved to the capitol, Prague, where he received his formal education. In the spring of 1969 he left his country as the Communists moved in. He immigrated to New York City, NY. Ladya attended further schooling after receiving an invitation to live with a professor in Ohio, where he graduated. He began his career in telecommunications shortly after that. While working with GTE/Automatic Electric division as a telecommunication installer he traveled across the entire United States extensively, and covered almost all of the 48 continuous states. One of his favorite states was Oregon. In 1975 he settled in Medford and started selling Real Estate. He achieved the American dream in 1975 when he bought his first home here in Medford. In 1978 Ladya become US citizen. After 15 years in real estate sales, he returned to the communication field once again when Cellular One moved to Medford. He drew on his technical background as well as sales skills and worked for five years as a technical support / sales person learning the trade inside out. In 1997 he idealized, conceptualized and launched the Cellular division for local paging company, and established the first and only multi-cellular store in Southern Oregon. This was a very successful and satisfying career for the next 10 years.
In 2007 Ladya decided with his 25 years of experience and proven track record of success, it was time to go into business for himself. He started his own company, i-Wireless.

Our family loves Pacific Northwest outdoors; we are all dedicated long time skiers of many years. During the winter we enjoy skiing on local Mt. Ashland, Bachelor in Bend and Whistler-Blackcomb, BC. During summer we enjoy sailing on local lakes and San Juan Island, rafting on the Rogue or climbing various peaks and mountains. Ladya’s hobbies are music and cinematography and art and travel. But Ladya always returns and enjoys our beautiful Rogue Valley the best.
